Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 + package

Due to continued growth and project wins, we are also recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of our client.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within a specialist contractor environment, working alongside experienced commercial professionals on varied and technically interesting projects.

The Role

You will support the Senior Estimator and wider commercial team in preparing competitive tenders and pricing variations, with exposure to NEC contract frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tender preparation and cost submissions

• Complete quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Support pricing of variations and contract amendments

• Ensure compliance with NEC contractual requirements

• Attend meetings in Carlisle as required

About You

• Previous experience in an estimating role within construction

• Exposure to NEC contracts (or strong willingness to develop knowledge)

• Decorating background advantageous but not essential

• Strong numerical, organisational and analytical skills

• Motivated to develop and progress
